Do I need a Stripe account?
Yes. Connect your Stripe account to securely accept guest payments. Stripe processes the payments and deposits the funds into your bank account.
How do I connect direct booking to my website?
Add a button or link to your website that points to your direct booking page, and guests can start booking with you right away. If you need help, we're happy to assist.
Will I be charged on the pay-per-booking tier if I have no bookings?
No — if you don’t have any bookings that month, you won’t be charged. Quiet months stay quiet on your bill, too.

Not at all — our wizard is designed to be simple, so you can build and update your site without any coding.
Can I buy a domain through NovaBooking?
We don’t sell domains ourselves, but we’re happy to help you get one set up and connected.
When do I get charged for the website?
You’ll only start paying once your website is connected to your domain — then it’s a simple monthly charge.
How many times can I update my website?
As often as you like — there are no limits. Tweak photos, text, and details whenever you need to.
How long until my updates go live?

We believe that, in order to help all businesses in our community thrive, we need to start by assisting small hotels, motels, and B&Bs in lowering their expenses, and making connections to online travel agencies more accessible. Lowering the cost of hospitality would make our region even more attractive to travelers from around the world, bringing more money to our communities and supporting other local businesses.
